There are 3 different playable characters in U2XMP. Those are the Gunner, the Ranger and the Tech. To choose a character ingame simply press F3 and choose between 1 and 3. This basic guide will take you through these three characters, tell you who is best at which position and which loadout & special ability they posses.

Common abilities for all three characters is hacking. All characters can hack generators, door panels and deploy points. Though the amount of required personal energy and time varies. Check out each characters text for specific information.

All three characters can also revive teammates. That means, by walking up to them, aiming at them (when they have fallen but still hasn't respawned) and pressing the use button (default F) they will be revived. However, how much health they have once they have been revived also varies with each class. Check out each characters text for specific information.

First I though I would fit in descriptions of all three characters in one page but after a while writing up the gunners description it turned out be a whole lot more than I first expected. Now I've separated them into one page each.
